I updated to the online file management system and have spent two days trying to synch with my old desktop version of Neat Receipts. I have talked to two support providers and spent more than two hours in screen share, to no avail.
The second consultant was absolutely incompetent. Now I am calling tech support and getting a busy signal.
My database contains hundreds of files scanned over five years. I cannot afford to lose this data. I don't think the company's decision to outsource to the Philippines was a viable solution.
The tech support workers are insufficiently trained and many have limited English proficiency. It's an expensive machine, and Neat Company needs to back up my investment of time and money with better service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
