I have been thoroughly frustrated with the lack of integrity and poor customer service for this company. I purchased their scanner through Amazon in May 2015 and after a frustrating attempt to get it to work, I returned it to Amazon via UPS within two weeks and was given credit for the hardware.

Shortly thereafter, I noticed a recurring charge to my MasterCard for $14.99 for some unknown service that I did not request and should have been terminated with my return of the product. We are now in April of 2016 and they continue to charge my card. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPOANY.

Their conduct borders close to unethical. Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT.
